To maximise WCFC’s potential, the club need more unpaid volunteers to come forward and help out on match days, whether that be assisting with marshalling a car park (2hrs); putting out and collecting traffic cones and signage (2hrs); litter picks (0.5hrs); selling 50/50 draw tickets (2.25hrs); selling match day programmes (2.5hrs); working in the kitchen (up to 4.75hrs or part thereof), behind the bar (up to 6hrs or part thereof) or in one of two ticket kiosks (1.75hrs).
The larger the pool of volunteers that the club can call upon, the easier it is to set up rotas, develop continuity plans, ease the workload of other volunteers and enable the club to put on events and enhance the match day experience for supporters.
