On Saturday 12th February at our home game v Walsall Wood, a presentation was made to Lynne Jones. Lynne and her husband Brian were two of the supporters & Trust members who gave a lot of their time to the Club during our period of exile from 2013-2019 after the club left St Georges Lane. The specially engraved crystal vase is just a small token of our appreciation for their support and efforts into ensuring our club did not go our of business. Lynneraised thousands of pounds for the club via the Half Time draw and via the Club shop at Aggborough.
Both have been supporters for well over 50 years. Brian, who was not at the game is currently in hospital and we wish him a speedy recovery and hope to see him again in the next few weeks.
