The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday 23rd November, at Claines Lane, beginning at 6:30pm. Parking will be available on site. Refreshments will be available.

All WCFC Trust Members are invited to attend but please note that members under the age of 16 are not entitled to vote in any election. A formal agenda will be published separately.
In advance of the AGM the Trust Board seek to address views of the membership for the following:
Applications for the role of Trust Board members. The Trust Board are selected to carry out the work of the Trust on behalf of the membership. The Football Club Board continue to manage the day to day running of the club. However, because the Supporters’ Trust is the controlling shareholder, it sets the mandate for the Football Club Board creating better transparency and accountability whilst ensuring responsible management and strategic decision making.
There are currently 10 members on the board. To begin the next period of community ownership of the club the entire board has agreed to stand down and seek re-election. To re-align the Trust rules the number of elected board member positions to be filled is 8, with the option of co-opting a maximum of 7at a later date. Elected members must always be in the majority.
The window to stand to join the trust board has now closed.
